ORAL PRESENTATIONS

 

·         All presenters are allocated 10 minutes each for the free paper presentation

·         There will be a 5 minutes question and answer session after each presentation

·         Presentations should be in English using Microsoft Powerpoint

·         Rooms allocated for your presentation will be posted during the seminar

 

 

INSTRUCTION TO AUTHORS

 

FORMAT OF ABSTRACT

Authors

State author name(s): surname followed by initials of first and middle names. Place an astetrisk (*) after the name of the presenter. Omit degrees and titles. Institutional affiliations should be listed under the authors.

 

·         All abstracts should be in English

·         Abstract text (including title) should not exceed 300 words

·         The text of the abstract should include: the title, introduction, objective, methodology, results and discussion.

·         Prior to sending the abstract, check for grammar and spelling errors. Abstracts will not be modified once they have been submitted.

·         Type the abstract double spaced, Times New Roman 12 point front size. No script type is to be used. No numerals are to be used at the beginning of a sentence. Abbreviations and symbols used should be internationally accepted. Abbreviations used for the first time are to be defined.

 

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

·         Filename should be surname doc.

·         The mail should be titled ABSTRACT FOR CONFERENCE.

·         The deadline for abstract submission of abstracts is 5th July 2017

·         Abstracts received will be acknowledged via e-mail

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

 

 

  1. Poster sessions will be held in Premiera Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  2. Each presenter will be assigned a 3' x 4'  poster board space. Welco tapes will be provided.

  3. The poster format must be not less than A1 size (24" x 33") and not larger than A0 size (33" x 46").
  4. Each author is responsible for assembly and removal of his/her own presentation.

  5. Presenters are required to be at their poster during the allocated times.

  6. Please remove your poster promptly after the session of your presentation. Materials left on the poster boards after the specified time for each session will be removed and stored as carefully as possible. However, the organiser will not be responsible  for any materials that may be damaged or lost.

  7. Presenters have to bring their own materials for any illustrations. You may not write or mark on the poster boards.

 

 

 Poster Presenter Schedule

 

Setup: Presenters will be informed of the date, time and venue of their presentation.

Presenters must be available at their poster for presentation.
